Since 1983
Since 1983, Yiannis and Eleni have welcomed guests to Golden Apartments as if to their own home. Four decades on, the olive trees are taller — the welcome is exactly the same.

Fresh water, a deep end and shallow steps, loungers and parasols all around.

Cool drinks and easy snacks, ten in the morning until six in the evening.

Five acres of olive and palm, with shade and quiet for the warm hours.

Mirabello Bay, the Sitia mountains, the lights of the town at dusk.

An olive grove that does the unwinding for you
Our family planted these trees and laid these paths. There are benches in the shade, a lawn for the children, and the kind of quiet you forget exists. We won't plan your day — the grove already knows what it's doing.
Eastern Crete
The whole east coast, from one quiet base
Agios Nikolaos is a two-kilometre stroll. From there: the white sand of Voulisma, the fishing village of Elounda, the island fortress of Spinalonga, the gorge at Richtis, and the cave where Zeus was hidden. Ask us — we'll always point you somewhere good.
